Shanghai United Compressor Co., Ltd (United) melakukan Standar Garansi Kualitas 12 bulan (sejak pertama kali dimulai atau 18 bulan sejak keluar dari pabrik) pada seluruh paket United Compressor yang dijual mulai tanggal ini berdasarkan ketentuan perjanjian ini dan manual pengoperasiannya dikeluarkan dari waktu ke waktu. Selain itu, United juga menjamin perpanjangan garansi kualitas bersyarat selama 36 bulan untuk Air End, Motor, dan Suku Cadang Utama lainnya. Kompresor udara sekrup pra-konfigurasi pabrikan United hanya dengan satu sambungan daya dan sambungan udara terkompresi serta sistem pendingin internal, yang sangat menyederhanakan pemasangan. Garansi satu tahun seluruh paket standar diperpanjang hingga tiga tahun atau 30.000 jam (ketentuan berlaku), sementara layanan pemeliharaan preventif terjadwal akan secara signifikan mengurangi waktu henti yang tidak terduga.

Bagian Utama Tercakup

Bagian utama yang dicakup oleh garansi kualitas bersyarat 36 bulan adalah ujung udara kompresor sekrup, motor, bantalan ujung depan dan belakang, tangki penerima, penukar panas, pengontrol, dan VFD jika dikonfigurasi.

Kondisi Garansi

1.Register untuk Kartu Garansi dalam waktu 90 hari setelah memulai dan pengujian.

2.Gunakan sesuai dengan manual / atau persyaratan lingkungan aktual dan lakukan perawatan sesuai dengan siklus perawatan manual, termasuk pemasangan yang benar dan kondisi pendinginan yang sesuai (gunakan di bawah kondisi kerja standar). Udara tidak boleh mengandung partikel anti-aus produksi. Untuk detail, silakan merujuk ke instruksi manual terlampir.

3.Beli dan ganti suku cadang United asli, di mana bagian yang rapuh harus dibubuhi tanda United OSD®. Bagian yang rentan termasuk pelumas, filter udara, filter oli, dan pemisah oli dan udara.

4. Jumlah suku cadang yang dapat diganti harus mengikuti standar perawatan manual operasi dan ditentukan oleh waktu pengoperasian mesin dan lingkungan aktual.

Warranty Application

For warranty application, please contact United Compressor Service Center. To avoid delay or rejection of warranty, please  provide the following information or documents before applying:

1.Compressor information (Name Plate);

2.Warranty Card;

3.The customer shall provide copies of the original purchase receipt within the last two years from United Compressor or authorized dealership at the time of warranty application (receipt to include vulnerable parts name and quantity). Suppose the genuine vulnerable parts purchased through an intermediary (non-authorized dealer). In that case, the user shall provide a copy of the purchase receipt that traceable to the source of vulnerable parts and obtain approval by United Compressor Service Center.

Termination and Rejection

United Compressor reserves the right to terminate or deny warranty to the user at any time in any of the following circumstances:

1.The information provided by the user is not correct;

2.The user violates the warranty conditions stipulated in this agreement;

3.Unable to provide the information and documents required for the warranty application;

4.Damage by human factors, force majeure, or unauthorized disassembly or repair of the major parts.

5.United Compressor is not liable to the user or any third party for any loss resulting from termination or rejection of the warranty on the screw rotor.

Privacy Protection

Protection of user privacy is a fundamental policy of United Compressor, which guarantees that user registration information will not be made public or made available to third parties, except in the following cases:

1.Obtain explicit authorization from the user in advance;

2.According to the relevant laws and regulations;

3.By the requirements of relevant government departments;

4.To safeguard the interests of the public;

5.To protect the legitimate rights and interests of United Compressor.

United Compressor may cooperate with a third party to provide relevant value-added services to the user. The third-party agrees to assume the same responsibility for protecting the user's privacy as United. Then United can provide the registration data and other information of the user to the third party.

Under the premise of not disclosing individual users' private data, United Compressor has the right to analyze the user registration Database and use it for commercial purpose. United Compressor is not responsible under any circumstances for any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or any other indirect loss.
